Shreyashi, the founder of Genmedauraa, strongly believes that wisdom is further enhanced with travel and exposure. She has travelled extensively both in India and across the world and has used it to enrich her understanding of the diversity amongst mankind, their belief system and the varied approaches in international work space. Her vast experience extends from R&D to hospital and public service within India and abroad to the tourism industry.

She launched Genmedauraa in order to build a bridge between the scientific and technological advancements and their commercial utilization and then offer standardised and justified solutions to the clients based on respective projects and program principles. Shreyashi strives to conquer the skill gaps and knowledge deficiencies that hinder commercialization and the recruitment of resources within health industry.

One of the major decisions that she took as founder was to involve mental health awareness programs. She believes that though human beings evolve continuously, a few factors continue to subdue our mind and body. This not only affects us individually but also influences the society in several unsaid ways. In fact, as each of these subtle changes accumulates, they have to power to give rise to an unwanted outcome, which in turn will affect the wellbeing of human.

Thus, Genmedauraa promotes both the body’s and the mind’s healing with the help of self-development programs. These programs aim to bring about social reforms by engaging people with learning disabilities and promoting mental wellbeing.
